Level 1: Full Reserve Study

A Reserve Study created "from scratch". The report is created through a comprehensive on-site inspection, new measurements/quantification, Prime Reserve Planning data, and consideration of supplemental information provided by property representatives.

Level 2: Reserve Study Update - With Site Visit

A prior Reserve Study is updated through an intensive on-site inspection, Prime Reserve Planning data, and consideration of supplemental information provided by property representatives. Quantities from the prior report are typically retained, but costs and life estimates are updated based on new conditions and information.

Level 3: Reserve Study Update - No Site Visit

A prior Reserve Study is updated remotely through Prime Reserve Planning data, and consideration of supplemental information provided by property representatives. No on-site inspection is conducted within this engagement type.
