We Can't Wait to Serve You and Your Property in the Future!

Our team has extensive experience throughout the state with Traditional Reserve Studies as well as Structural Integrity Reserve Studies. However, due to an active non-compete with our prior company, we're unable to serve the state of Florida at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Once we're free to conduct work in Florida, we'll be the first to let you know!
When considering a provider, we recommend that you confirm that a knowledgeable and qualified Reserve Specialist (RS) will be conducting your Reserve Study engagement. We also recommend that you ask how that provider will specifically cater their report to your property, keeping you from receiving a generic "boilerplate" report with little effort or care.

Reserve Study Types To be Available in Florida

Level 1: Full Reserve Study
A Reserve Study created "from scratch". The report is created through a comprehensive on-site inspection, new measurements/quantification, Prime Reserve Planning data, and consideration of supplemental information provided by property representatives.
Level 2: Reserve Study Update - With Site Visit
A prior Reserve Study is updated through an intensive on-site inspection, Prime Reserve Planning data, and consideration of supplemental information provided by property representatives. Quantities from the prior report are typically retained, but costs and life estimates are updated based on new conditions and information.
Level 3: Reserve Study Update - No Site Visit
A prior Reserve Study is updated remotely through Prime Reserve Planning data, and consideration of supplemental information provided by property representatives. No on-site inspection is conducted within this engagement type.

Level 4: Reserve Study - New Development
The property is under development, or not capable of being assessed through an on-site inspection. Instead, evaluation and creation of the Reserve Study report are based on construction plans provided by the property representatives.
