To Serve Nevada in the Future!

Sadly, we aren't able to conduct work in Nevada at this time. However, we hope the information below acts as a resource for you!

We Can't Wait to Serve You and Your Property in the Future!

Due to state-specific requirements for credentials needed to conduct Reserve Studies in Nevada, we're unable to serve the state at this time. However, we are working to obtain those credentials so we can serve your community soon. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Once we're able to provide our services to Nevada associations, we'll certainly let everyone know!

When considering a provider, we recommend 1) that they have state-based and industry-wide credentials proving their specialized expertise and 2) that you ask how that provider will specifically cater their report to your property, keeping you from receiving a generic "boilerplate" report with little effort or care.

Reserve Study Types To be Available in Nevada

dots

Level 1: Full Reserve Study

A Reserve Study created "from scratch". The report is created through a comprehensive on-site inspection, new measurements/quantification, Prime Reserve Planning data, and consideration of supplemental information provided by property representatives.

Level 2: Reserve Study Update - With Site Visit

A prior Reserve Study is updated through an intensive on-site inspection, Prime Reserve Planning data, and consideration of supplemental information provided by property representatives. Quantities from the prior report are typically retained, but costs and life estimates are updated based on new conditions and information.

Level 3: Reserve Study Update - No Site Visit

A prior Reserve Study is updated remotely through Prime Reserve Planning data, and consideration of supplemental information provided by property representatives. No on-site inspection is conducted within this engagement type.

Level 4: Reserve Study - New Development

The property is under development, or not capable of being assessed through an on-site inspection. Instead, evaluation and creation of the Reserve Study report are based on construction plans provided by the property representatives.
