Quantities from the prior report are typically retained, but costs and life estimates are updated based on new conditions and information.

Level 3: Reserve Study Update - No Site Visit

A prior Reserve Study is updated remotely through Prime Reserve Planning data, and consideration of supplemental information provided by property representatives. No on-site inspection is conducted within this engagement type.
